## Why go

Fotografiska Shanghai is the Asian branch of the Stockholm photography museum, set in a 1931 warehouse on Suzhou Creek. It is one of the few museums in the city open until 23:00 every day, so you can see changing photography exhibitions after dinner and finish with a drink upstairs.

## What to do

- **See the photography exhibitions.** Walk through the changing photography and image-art exhibitions. Check the museum's What's On page before visiting, since the shows have different end dates.
- **Look at the old warehouse.** The museum fills the Guang San warehouse (光三仓库), built in 1931 beside Suzhou Creek, with about 4,600 m² of galleries behind bare walls and original warehouse doors.
- **End with a drink upstairs.** The Café Bar opens 10:00–22:00 daily and the MONA restaurant serves lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday. The top floor has a lounge with rooftop views over the creek.
- **Walk Suzhou Creek.** The museum is on Guangfu Road (光复路) on the north bank of Suzhou Creek; Sihang Warehouse, the 1937 battle site and museum, is a short walk along the same bank.

Visitors aged 25 and under, or 65 and over, pay ¥50 on weekdays and ¥65 at weekends and on public holidays with a valid ID, so carry valid proof of age. Children aged 0–7 or under 1.2 m enter free, one per paying adult.
